Psychically Lose Weight? Yes You Can

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

It is possible to psychically lose weight. It seems like more and more Americans struggle with food addiction or even finding quality foods that don’t include tons of oils or starch. But you can psychically lose weight if you do it the proper way. That means that yes you’ll still have to find the right diet (www.Coachpauline.tsfl.com) and exercise, but there are psychic tips for getting weight under control.

First, calm yourself and quiet your mind. Try not to worry about anything. Just relax and let go of any distractions. In your mind’s eye image you’re already thin. The reason is you’re starting to train your subconscious mind regarding how to be thin.

Jumpstart your imagination. Picture yourself eating a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Consider this ‘picture’ throughout the day when hunger strikes and you’re temped to reach for that candy bar or cookie. Again, it’s important to visualize your goals on a regular basis.

Now that you’ve got your mental images you’ll do three things: 1- feel that positive energy in your body and image it’s metabolism, 2 – allow the power to drain the hunger feeling away and 3 – visualize your happiness of reaching your goal.

I firmly believe in the concept of mind over matter. And it’s easy to feel stuck, and stressed, about trying to lose the ‘same 5, 10, 15 pounds’ over and over again. But I know personally there are options to everything we do and the mind is powerful. The key is to not let life get away from you to the point that you stress out and reach for the wrong foods. So remember, everyone is beautiful and if you watch what you eat, continue to exercise and use these psychic weight loss methods you CAN shed those pounds you want to lose.

Finding Your Happiness

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

I recently did a party for a client named Sandy this past weekend. I got a chance to sit down and enjoy everyone’s company. The conversation turned to the subject of how we become stuck in situations, as well as how do you find happiness.

I do thousands of readings, so I will tell you that most of us are unhappy, depressed and lonely. It’s not just you or those close to you. Why? One, we’re too close to a situation (so we don’t have the ability to step back and look at life from a new direction) or, two, we know what the issues are, but we think we’re powerless to change them.

In either case, that’s where I come in when you see me for a reading.

I can see where you are. I can tell you where you are going. I can make suggestions on how to get ‘unstuck.’ But like the old adage says, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.

Many clients return after they failed to heed my advice and say, ‘Pauline, I should have listened to you!’ And like the stubborn horse, there’s very little I can do to help people if they refuse the help being offered.

So here’s a bit of advice…

If you’re in a situation, remember that no one is stuck. You have something called free will – the ability to make choices. For example, if you don’t like your living arrangements because you live with someone who makes you unhappy, you do have options. But often we make excuses (‘I can’t afford it,’ ‘Things will change if I’m patient,’ etc.) rather than taking action. Now some of these choices you need to make are tough. Moving out of an unhappy home might change your standard of living. However, your standard of living is never more important than your quality of life. And that’s what most people forget. For some people, change is scarier than the prospect of continuing to live unhappy, so they ‘decide’ to stay ‘stuck.’

But for some people, they decide that enough is enough. They put that fear aside to seek out a more fulfilling life. And you’ll notice these kinds of people are the ones who are truly happy in life. When fear rules your decision-making processes, change for the positive never comes to fruition.

So remember this truth… We only have one life.

Find things that will make you happy, even if they might be scary at first. When you tap into your subconscious mind, your higher-self can give you the power to change things for the better.

The Power of Positive Thinking

The Power of Positive Thinking

Happy New Year is a phrase that many people say, but it seems like a vapid expression. The reason is few people focus on the ‘happy’ part of the idiom an in order to have Happy New Year or happy day, week or month for that matter you need to focus on the positive. Think about it…

Have you ever had a friend who has bad luck follow him everywhere? Every time you speak to them they always have a ‘tale of woe’ to tell.

There’s an old expression that says we, as individuals create our own luck. What that means is, if we have a positive disposition in the face of adversity, we’re more likely to have happy and fulfilling lives.

The reason is simple. Negative energy attracts negative events while positive energy attracts positive events. So there is a fair amount of truth when people say your state of mind helps direct a situation. If you world view is positive, and you don’t focus on ‘the woe,’ then that positive energy comes back to you. Having a bad attitude, though, that pulls negative energy near you, so if you always have a bad attitude the negative energy never goes away.

In the end, always look on the bright side of life and realize one important truth above all others. It’s not just about finding happiness in the world, but rather finding happiness inside yourself in all you do that’s the key to true joy. Because by being in a happy frame of mind, you’ll attract positive energy and even more happiness. And when that happens, you’ll lead a more contented life and have a truly ‘Happy New Year.’
