Finding Your Happiness

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

I recently did a party for a client named Sandy this past weekend. I got a chance to sit down and enjoy everyone’s company. The conversation turned to the subject of how we become stuck in situations, as well as how do you find happiness.

I do thousands of readings, so I will tell you that most of us are unhappy, depressed and lonely. It’s not just you or those close to you. Why? One, we’re too close to a situation (so we don’t have the ability to step back and look at life from a new direction) or, two, we know what the issues are, but we think we’re powerless to change them.

In either case, that’s where I come in when you see me for a reading.

I can see where you are. I can tell you where you are going. I can make suggestions on how to get ‘unstuck.’ But like the old adage says, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.

Many clients return after they failed to heed my advice and say, ‘Pauline, I should have listened to you!’ And like the stubborn horse, there’s very little I can do to help people if they refuse the help being offered.

So here’s a bit of advice…

If you’re in a situation, remember that no one is stuck. You have something called free will – the ability to make choices. For example, if you don’t like your living arrangements because you live with someone who makes you unhappy, you do have options. But often we make excuses (‘I can’t afford it,’ ‘Things will change if I’m patient,’ etc.) rather than taking action. Now some of these choices you need to make are tough. Moving out of an unhappy home might change your standard of living. However, your standard of living is never more important than your quality of life. And that’s what most people forget. For some people, change is scarier than the prospect of continuing to live unhappy, so they ‘decide’ to stay ‘stuck.’

But for some people, they decide that enough is enough. They put that fear aside to seek out a more fulfilling life. And you’ll notice these kinds of people are the ones who are truly happy in life. When fear rules your decision-making processes, change for the positive never comes to fruition.

So remember this truth… We only have one life.

Find things that will make you happy, even if they might be scary at first. When you tap into your subconscious mind, your higher-self can give you the power to change things for the better.

Is It Possible To Communicate Soul To Soul?

Is It Possible to communicate soul to soul?

Everyone has heard the term soul mate. But did you know that everyone has a soul light? It’s true. What’s interesting about this soul light is that you can contact with another person’s soul light at any time or any place. Best of all, you don’t need to be in the same room, or even the same country, as that person. In fact, you don’t even need to be alive because a soul connection transcends time and space.

How Does “Communicating Soul to Soul” work?

Communicating soul to soul is essentially expressing your thoughts to someone without him or her being directly in front of you because it’s a spiritual connection.

Here’s how it works.

Start by picturing that person physically. Second, start to imagine how you think they feel at that moment. Do they feel withdrawn, inviting, or scared? The more often you do this exercise, the better you’ll become at gauging their emotions.

What’s interesting is that this same exercise can work regardless of whether the person your communicating soul to soul with is conscious, or even alive. The reason is this connection is not tied to the physical world, but rather the spiritual one.

The next step is to imagine that person coming to you with the beam of light that draws you together. At this point you can talk together regardless of where you are — whether it’s a friend across town or deceased loved one who’s crossed over. This talking can also be out loud or internally in your own mind. Either way when you have that connection, the other person will hear you.

Many times people do this exercise without realizing they’re doing it.

For example, have you ever thought about your best friend and then five minutes later they called just to say hello? This is a soul connection, and whether it’s with someone here in the physical world or someone who’s deceased, we all have this power to communicate soul to soul.

What Is a Psychic Counselor?

Saturday, February 21st, 2009

Welcome to my first blog on for krystal-ball-online.com. In my first post I thought I might discuss what being a psychic counselor really means.

Chances are you know a psychic is a person who is sensitive to psychic influences or forces, a medium if you will. A counselor is a person who’s an adviser.

Now I can’t speak for all psychics, but I see my job as something more than just foretelling the future or connecting them to loved ones who have passed. I feel a responsibility to make them aware of all the triumphs or obstacles that could lie ahead (psychic) so they can make an informed decision about the direction of their life (counselor).

Another point worth mentioning is that even as a psychic counselor I know that the future isn’t written in stone. Now for ‘someone who tells the future,’ that might seem odd, but it’s not. You have the power to change your destiny with the choices you make. What I provide to clients is a ‘heads up’ – a possible future and the means of looking deeper into their current situations. When that happens, my clients themselves can make changes for the betterment of their lives.

Anyway, be sure to check back regularly or subscribe to my blog to get updates. In upcoming blogs I’ll offer tips and suggestions that you can use to advance your own psychic skills. And be sure to visit krystal-ball-online.com to sign up for my monthly newsletter.
